Refund Policy For Online Classes
We have a “NO REFUND POLICY”, it means once you have made the payment, there won’t be any refund issued back to you for any reason.
Please make up your mind before joining the course.
Refund policy For Face To Face Classes
We do not offer refunds for any change of mind.
However, if you are not satisfied with our service, then the administrative charges of 199$, will be deducted, if the cancellation of the course is informed to us, within 42 hours of enrolment.
You will receive 50 percent of your fees back, after the deduction of admin fee. Refund request by emailing us at – ishaieltsandpte@gmail.com
However, no refund will be initiated if the mode of payment was AfterPay/ ZipPay/ StepPay.
Note –
All our courses are non-transferable.
Your course starts on the day you enrol and runs for the selected duration, regardless of attendance.
If you have enrolled in our online course, you will not be entitled to access our lab facilities in the Blacktown Branch.
