- In the event that the Institute cancels a class, students will be offered an alternative session as a substitute for the cancelled class.
4. Class Attendance & Conduct
- Students are required to attend all scheduled classes punctually and to comply with all instructions issued by trainers or authorised staff.
- Behaviour deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the learning environment may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the course without entitlement to a refund.
- The Institute reserves the unilateral right to modify class schedules, trainers, delivery methods, or course content as operationally necessary.
5. Results Disclaimer
- The Institute does not guarantee the attainment of any specific IELTS/ PTE/ Language Cert/ CELPIP/ NAATI score.
- Examination outcomes are influenced by individual aptitude, effort, preparation, and external testing conditions.
- Training programs are designed to enhance skills; however, results will vary between individuals.

- All study materials, practice tests, digital content, and educational resources provided by the Institute constitute proprietary intellectual property.
- Students are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing such materials without prior written authorisation from the Institute.
